AKA Homebadger is a proud ASU Alumni and considers herself a native to the Valley. She has always had the entrepreneur mentality, which drove her to acquire a Business Management degree and certificate in International Business. She is a first generation college graduate; and very proud of her traditional roots coming from a small ranch in Mexico. This has equipped her with a sense of strong work ethic, integrity and enthusiasm for what our country has to offer and is a huge advocate for self-improvement not only for herself but everyone she comes in contact with. With almost a decade of customer service experience, she understands the importance of partnership and relationship building. When it comes to real estate, her clients’ goals, whether it is buying or selling, becomes a personal goal for her as well. Raquel is a visionary and looks at the big picture, she makes sure her clients understand every step of the transactional process and also makes sure they understand that purchasing real estate can be more than a home, but a business as well. Raquel strives to provide exceptional service to buyers, sellers and investors. With a degree in Business Administration and International Business from W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, combined with real-world experience in the field; She has developed a strong entrepreneurial mindset that gives her a competitive advantage in strategic direction, understanding clients’ needs and selecting the most effective techniques to negotiate and accomplish each goal in a timely manner. Her business is primarily referral based which means she takes absolute pride in doing everything in her power to create the best experience and stress-free transaction each and every client.
